i had to pooprtunities to work woth Doug Mahn-- when he was the project manager  for Litton -- in Sanjose-- where it was a scred up -- big time--



and then he called up ans said -- well we "don't have to give them GOOD service any more"



Well -- should we treat them like every one else??



and the other project was the ATS 100 thermo-shock-- where thermotron "faked" the operating test results--



that was syloconix   in San Jose-- that udit they shipped back to thermotron--



AS thomas Bannach and Gregory V Johnson said--



you are supposted to deceive and -- defraud the customer-- and "convince" them that it is working ok -- so they will sign off on the equipment--



this was also tried at LITTON--- they sent Hil Sybesma -- to that company-- to try to convince them-- to sign offf--- and accept the equipment--



the contacts  at Litton said-- "Hey are they -- "BLOWING SMOKE uP-my-ass ???







well--- where there is smoke -- there might be "fire" !!
